Prompt: 65. Summer
Word Count: 143
Summary: Paras doesn't understand Victor, sometimes.
Paras let his hands rest on his hips as he looked down at Victor, who lounged blissfully in the sun, his shirt already doing double duty as a pillow. “You’ll burn.”
“I’ve got sunblock on.” Victor let out a jaw cracking yawn, his tongue unfurling a bit. He stretched his arms up over his head and cracked an eye open to look at his teammate. “You’re blocking my sun.”
“I do not understand your obsession with sunbathing. It can cause skin cancer, you know.”
“Because it’s warm,” Victor sighed. “I need to bake the winter out of my bones.” He wiggled a bit, getting comfortable. “You’ve been bitching since fall started about how cold it is here. Well, the cold has gone away, and I plan to enjoy the sun for as long as I can.”
“This hardly qualifies as warm.” Paras sniffed.
